Join Bay Area Artist, Christine Munroe of Language of Knots in learning the ancient art of this beautiful knot work in our Macramé Workshop – suitable for beginners or those wanting to brush up on macramé skills. Each workshop attendee will leave with a self-made, custom plant hanger plus the know-how to keep adding to those hanging gardens. All macramé materials will be provided for you; including USA-made cotton rope and your choice of a cedar wood or brass hanging ring.

About the instructor:
Fiber Artist Christine Munroe works with many mediums to create her one of a kind art that brings style and warmth into any space. Utilizing ancient knotting technique in innovative and modern ways, her artwork spans from pieces small enough to fit in the palm of your hand to large home décor installations that transform a room.
With a background in Fashion and Photography, Christine headed west from New York City to further her creative career. She believes that through creating and sharing art, it’s possible for anyone to find a meaningful sense of peace, fulfillment and deeper purpose. She currently lives and creates in San Francisco, California.
