Join Bay Area Artist, Christine Munroe of Language of Knots for a Macramé Wall Hanging Workshop, where you’ll make your own macramé masterpiece from start to finish. You’ll be learning the foundational knots of macramé while you construct a wall hanging that can hang as a staple piece in any room or be given as the perfect Housewarming or Birthday gift.
This class is a perfect fit for ambitious beginners; plant hanger workshop students looking for the next step or those who want to freshen up on their skills.
All macramé materials will be provided for you, including USA-made cotton rope and 12” cedar wood dowels.

About the Instructor:
Fiber Artist Christine Munroe works with many mediums to create her one of a kind art that brings style and warmth into any space. Utilizing ancient knotting technique in innovative and modern ways, her artwork spans from pieces small enough to fit in the palm of your hand to large home décor installations that transform a room.
With a background in Fashion and Photography, Christine headed west from New York City to further her creative career. She believes that through creating and sharing art, it’s possible for anyone to find a meaningful sense of peace, fulfillment and deeper purpose. She currently lives and creates in San Francisco, California.
