How to make a nourishing herbal infusion!

By: Bilo Herbs

Ground yourself in the calming process of creating your own infusion from herbs in your garden or home. Field Friend, Carissa created this wonderful and timely tutorial.

Materials needed:

-Quart-sized mason jar
-Your favorite herbs

*Here are some easy to access ideas right at your fingertips...

Forage from Nature: Nettles, Dandelion leaf, Chickweed, Cleavers, White Pine needles

Find in your Spice Rack: Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon Grass, Ginger, Lemon Peel, Mint

Brew up any Bilo Herbs tea blend this way! It's our go-to method to extract all of the beneficial compounds, vitamins and minerals from our wellness-enhancing tea blends. Sip up to four cups a day of your favorite blend for maximum benefit. (We also always add local honey, because why not?!)

Don't have a Bilo Herbs tea blend? No problem! We're still fulfilling orders every week and in stock with all of our blends.

Also, this method works with any herbal leaf or flower you'd like to infuse. (For roots, seeds, and barks, simmering is best.)
