How to make a nourishing herbal infusion!

Ground yourself in the calming process of creating your own infusion from herbs in your garden or home. Field Friend, Carissa created this wonderful and timely tutorial.

Materials needed:

-Quart-sized mason jar
-Your favorite herbs

Forage from Nature: Nettles, Dandelion leaf, Chickweed, Cleavers, White Pine needles

Find in your Spice Rack: Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon Grass, Ginger, Lemon Peel, Mint
